Step 2: Old Cabinet Removal & Prep Work. Once your new cabinets are ordered and ready, we carefully remove your existing cabinets. This often involves disconnecting plumbing and electrical lines. We then prepare the walls, ensuring they are clean, level, and ready for installation. This phase can usually be completed in 1-2 days.
Step 3: Base Cabinet Installation. Our team begins by installing the lower, or base, cabinets. This is a critical step where precision is key, as these cabinets form the foundation for your countertops and often dictate the placement of appliances. We ensure they are perfectly level and securely anchored. This usually takes 1-3 days.
Step 4: Wall Cabinet Installation. Next, we move on to the upper wall cabinets. This requires careful alignment with the base cabinets and ensuring they are securely fastened to the wall studs. This step often takes another 1-3 days, depending on the number and complexity of the cabinets.
